My journey towards a better physique started when I weighed about 63 kg. Today I am 83 kg and a much happier person. I work out 5 times a week, and I track what I eat everyday. I have found out that you can get to see great results in just 12 weeks if you are committed. Because of a healthy lifestyle I feel stronger both physically and mentally today, and I believe that with the right mindset everyone can achieve their goals, whether it is weight gain or weight loss.
Doing the 100 days I followed below schedule.
Training: 5 days a week (cardio, core and own body weight)
Bed time: Every day at 10pm
Sleeping hours: 8 hours or more
Meals doing the day: 3 (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Healthy snacks: 2-3 times doing the day
Nutritional supplements: Protein shakes 2 times a day, BCAA before workout, Multi vitamins, Fish oil, magnesium.
